1. About the Mooshi Green Meal + Smoothie Plan:
   • a. This Plan is not about starving yourself. It is designed to help you jumpstart your wellness journey by nourishing your body with real, whole foods as provided by Mother Nature – fruits, vegetables and leafy greens!
   • b. How many calories are there in the meals and smoothies?

     We focus on the nutritional content as opposed to the calorie content. The Mooshi Green Plan is more about nutrition and flooding your body with real, whole foods. For the benefit of those who are monitoring their caloric intake, pls refer to our website www.mooshigreenbar.com.

   • c. Where can I see the details of each meal and smoothie? What are the allergen info? Pls refer to www.mooshigreenbar.com for more details.
2. About your order subscription:
   • a. How do I order?
     • i. Email Order Form (link on our FB/IG bio / forms available at our branches) and email to gogreenwithmooshi@gmail.com or text/viber (0917) 180-8572 your name, delivery address, contact #, start date and payment mode.
     • ii. Our payment modes are:
       • 1. BPI Express Online Fund Transfer Acct # 91300-17026
       • 2. Over the counter bank deposit BPI Acct # 91300-17026
       • 3. COD (Cheque only please)

       Please send bank transaction slip with your name via viber to (0917) 180-8572 or email to gogreenwithmooshi@gmail.com.

     • iii. We will send you a confirmation text/email. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. Limited slots only.
     • iv. Order Cut-off: Friday, 3:00pm for next week’s order.
   • b. Can I cancel my order? Since we prepare all meals fresh and source ingredients per order, we cannot accept cancellations.
   • c. Can I swap the meals and smoothies to different days? All meals are pre-programmed so that you can maximize its benefits.
   • d. Are utensils included? Only the straw is provided.
   • e. How long will the food and drinks last?

     We prepare your orders fresh daily. Our meals and smoothies are best if consumed immediately. However if you cannot partake immediately, pls transfer the smoothies to an airtight container to prevent it from oxidizing and store in the freezer. The meals can be placed in the refrigerator and just reheat.

3. About the Delivery:
   • a. Free Delivery within city limits (Fuente, Ramos, Gen Maxilom, Ayala, BRod, Capitol). Delivery Charges per day apply to:

     Guadalupe, Banawa, Colon, Urgello, Lahug, Mabolo, Banilad, Talamban Labangon, SRP, Mandaue, Reclamation – P80/ day Pardo, Talisay, Liloan, Consolacion, Mactan – you may use Lalamove/Grab for delivery or pickup at our Raintree Mall branch at 9:30am daily.

   • b. Can I choose the time I want my order to be delivered?

     To ensure freshness of the meals and smoothies, we aim to maximize drivers’ route. Delivery schedule is set between 8am to 11am. You may use your preferred delivery service provider if you have a certain time for delivery.
